Sileby park, and park alley ways and surrounding path's are full of dog mess. We need someone to monitor this and apply fine's. I'm a dog owner, and alway's pick up my dog's mess, I think it's time other's become responsible dog owner as well! If you can't do it for yourself, then please consider the children.
