Vehicles travelling in wrong lane

Reported in the Traffic light category by law abider at 09:10, Tue 4 October 2011
Sent to Transport For London Street Management 5 minutes later

Cars/vans flying down maze hill in the wrong lane to do a right into woodlands crescent then a left into trafalgar rd to avoid the lights. about 8.45 a.m. is the peak of this VERY dangerous and highly illegal practise. Those travelling towards maze hill on woodlands crescent could easily be hit head on as they 'cut the corner' and deliberately go into the wrong lane having already used the wrong lane travelling down maze hill

  • still people driving down maze hill in the up lane in a very dangerous endeavour to turn right into woodlands crescent to then join trafalgar rd to beat waiting for the lights at the bottom of maze hill. A head on collision is imminent as those travelling up woodlands crescent with the intention of turning left UP Maze hill will be looking right to see if theres any traffic coming up from the foot of maze hill. I've seen those 'wong lane travellers' continue in the wrong lane when they turn right into woodlands crescent
