SN1 4EY - Pavement potholes

Area of hybrid road/pavement outside my house now has holes 4cm deep and old paving stones are showing through. This was reported 2 yrs ago and they only fixed half of the problem (see smooth patch in image) and now my wife has twisted her ankle on it. This is an area of 'road' between 2 pavements and it is used as a pavement. It has been extensively dug up and patched over the years and it is now falling apart.

    Competently assessed, and professionally mended with a new drain installed as well.
