Illegal parking, dog fouling and lamp post damaged

In the small road leading from Montague Street to Back Montague Street & Back Bond St there is blue mercedes van parking frequently on double yellow lines obstructing the bin collections for the local business also the van owner has three dogs in the van which he allows to foul the roads without removing! the lampost 959 has also been damaged recently and now looks to be slanted and may be dangerous.

The lampost was initially dealt with promptly but not connected so now we have a new post with no light and half the old lampost remaining. The van is still parking illegally from early evenings through to most mornings before 9am. The dog fouling has reduced but still occurs over the weekend.
