The A441,duel carriageway from the Boardesly roundabout up to Hopwood Sevices is a disgrace with the amount of litter on both sides of the carriageway. I have seen the people from Bromsgrove Council empty the bins in the lay-bys and leave litter in the sorrounding area untouched.The state of the carriagway has been like this for well over 12 months or more.Visitors to the area must be appalled at the sight of so much litter on a main road.I hope you will give this problem, the attention it needs. Thank you
