We need poo bins !!!!!!!

This is a popular route for dog walkers, who allow there 4 legged creatures to foul all over the pavements, with NO thought to anyone else. There are no bins provided anywhere nearby. We MUST have bins provided, it is a disgrace. The council waste money on nights out, provide your town with poo bins !!!!!!!!!
