There has been broken glass around this litter bin for months

There has been some attempt to fix the problem as some of the glass has been cleared, but the rest has been trod into the ground, however, this could still cause injury to a child, pet or wildlife

the glass is still there but there is grass growing over it now so the danger cannot be seen
