Overhanging Branches

Bushes/foliage are overhanging the road. If you have to move over to the left because of large vehicles coming in the opposite direction, branches scrape along the paintwork of your vehicle. My neighbours have also mentioned they have noticed this problem when driving along here and have also suffered scratches to their car paintwork as a result. Could the bushes/foliage be trimmed back please.
