We have had a problem with people dumping rubbish outside of the entrench to our homes.Carrick District Council do not seem to be able to fix this problem.

I have emailed and phoned Carrick and still no joy we had a Cory van turn up at 7.00am today 26th March but he did not remove any of the rubbish.
