Mosley Street; fly-tipping
Reported in the Flytipping category by Joe Beardsworth at 08:36, Mon 23 May 2011
Sent to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council 4 minutes later
There have been a number of bin bags here for some time (previously reported, but no response), but now some builders waste has been dumped too.
There are some exercise books in amongst this rubbish with a child's name and his teacher's too.

I agree. I stand and watch these dirty people tip rubbish and use it as a toilet but all I got was abuse off people who use this route for dogs. They argue that it is waste ground, yes my front door and yours. I am right behind you Mr Beardsworth.

For anyone who's interested I have started a clean up group for Blackburn Waterside. It's only myself at the moment but feel free to do your bit.

The bulk of this rubbish has been removed by the council. There is still a little bit of litter but that's the price we pay in our throwaway society.
The shrubs could do with cutting back to discourage further fly-tipping.

This area has been used for fly tipping again. Waiting for council to clean it up again. Only been two months now since it was reported.
