Untaxed car

Reported in the Abandoned vehicles category by Mr C Barry at 22:32, Mon 16 May 2011
Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council 3 minutes later

A light blue vauxhall corsa has been dumped at Byron Close after its owner was last seen racing it around shakespeare Road late one evening after hitting a curb at high speed back in early March 2011. This vehicle has NO TAX and its front driverside tyre is bold(spare tyre). I have reported this car many times to the DVLA and had no response what so ever!!, if this was my car i would've had a fine by now!, REG X816 FKX. BEING PARKED in a public area this is also against the law? NO TAX, not road legal is it! SO? can this please be sorted out! and while this is being done also a black ford fiesta who tax is nearly out should also be looked at as this vehicle has not moved since it was left in the same area(Byrone Close)back in late Febuary 2011. FED UP WITH THIS AREA BEING USED AS A DUMPING AREA AND A RACING CIRCUIT!!

  • Dear sir/madame, i would like to know what is happening with this vehicle(blue corsa) which i reported nearly a week ago.I haven't seen anyone come to see this car even the person who own's it. This vehicle is taking up two parking spaces and now children have been seen trying to break the car windows the other day, so whats happening? No Tax,Bold Front O/S Tyre(spare) parked in public car park, Its against the ministry of transport rules and regulations regarding transportation on the public highway, isn't it? please do something about it before something bad happens.
