Our street is full of litter that blows along from tesco's and that is left behind since the recycling box's have been introduced. I hardly ever see a street cleaner and am sick of the mess. My council tax has gone up and i expect my street to be clean and tidy but it never is. Why am i paying £1000 pound tax a year? What does that money actually go towards?
