Edges of roads breaking away

Local roads (unadopted?) are breaking away in a serious manner making it difficult for most vehicles but particularly large vehicles on corners. A serious vehicle overturn is a distinct possibilty

I'm unaware if the ownership of the local roads (which are in a poor state of repair), has been established. Until such time that this is completed and finance arranged, I think this will run on and on.
