Car parked to block access to elderly/disabled

Hi,

With the new build at the end of Seymour Place the residents are finding that folks now park on the access slipway to Cogans Terrace, which is causing problem for disabled and elderly. I'm logging this issue on behalf of them. Please see my photo for evidence. Yellow lines or some kind of parking restrictions would help.
