Green telephone box with broken doors

Green metal telephone box containing wires etc has broken doors which will not allow the doors to close.The wires can be easily pulled out which would cause a lot of problems with the telephones.This is the 2nd time i am reporting this.

  • I reported this to BT, however they say it is a Virgin connection box. I can not find the phone number for Virgin
