Clearance drainage ditch

The drainage ditch outside our house has not been cleared. It's full of leaves, and hasn't been addressed for so long that plants are growing in it. I believe the ditches were cleared at the other end of the road near the station, but not outside our house. It is a flood risk. Please clear as soon as possible.
