Dog mess

Some person or person's keep letting there dog foul right out side my house. This i find appauling. I would love to see something happen about this problem as we only moved in middle of last year and as I do not have any pet's i'm disgusted to have to pick up other lazy peoples dog mess.

I am not happy with this matter. As i stepped out of my gate again I was faced with dog mess. When I was walking down my road I thought I would see if there was any signs telling these dog owners about the fine they could face and to my surprise I could not see one, not one! I find this appauling not only do I have to clean up the mess I pay my council to do, they don't even have the decency to put up the sign to inform dog owners of the penalty they could face and SHOULD face for allowing there animals to foul in the streets and not pick it up.
