Bad parking and big trucks using a cart track

This road at Vicarage lane is taking very heavy traffic. Most of it driving on the verge and digging the tarmac up because the school teachers seem to be immune from illegal parking on a junction.

e.g. yesterday large removal van with trailer HGV could not park safely to delivery furniture because unthinking or selfish teachers and others,parents use the junction to park on. I entered the lane only to find an oil delivery truck reversing into me. he could not see me in his mirrows and I had to revers back into a main road putting myself and my car at risk. Being disabled that was also a risky but the only thing I could do. This needs sorting before a child or an adult gets hurt. They can dig the tarmac and grass up forever and leave it looking like a slum I give up.Pavement parking wants stopping.
