Flytipping blackspot

In the alley between Whitehall Road and Hyde Park St, particularly behind the house with the very large satellite dish on the Whitehall Road side, there is a constant stream of fly tipping. Last week a large amount of rubbish and (I think) an old carpet was ditched there and set fire to in the night, causing damage to the back lane and charring to back doors - you can see the scorch marks on the floor in the picture. Despite this, more has been dumped there just a few days later. Someone has also dumped an old bedhead on the other side of the alley outside my own back gate. Also, people on this street do not take their bins in and they are often tipped over and set fire to. As a street rep I will be bringing this up at the next meeting.
