Bridleway signs

Hello At the bottom end of Whiteash lane Oswaldtwistle the bridleway signs have been ripped down and thrown in the garden of the very last terrace house on the left hand side. The garden is not attached to the house and has a 6 ft fence around it, if your on foot you would need to gain access to the garden to see the sign. I noticed this when riding on a horse. Thanks
