Poor state of 105 West Street

Given that Grimsbury is a conservation zone, it is disappointing to see that after more than a year the front bay window in 105 West Street has still not been replaced after its removal and remains a sheet of blue builders plastic. It would be advisable to serve an improvement order to resolve this issue, since it makes a mockery of the conservation zone, and attracts vandals to a property that is clearly empty.
