Abandoned vehicle against my house

This car has been against my wall for 5 weeks. It has not been moved and i have not seen anyone using it since it appeared. It is difficult for other cars to move around the corner and people often have to walk in the middle of the road as it is parked on the pavement at the side of my house. The reg is W605 SFT and is a silver peugeot.
