Blocked Drain

Sent to Hyndburn Borough Council and Lancashire County Council 2 minutes later

The drain at the end of Rhyddings Street outside Arena hairdressers would appear to be blocked. When it rains, the entire road and pavement go under water as the drain doesnt seem to take the water
