B5103 road surface, Llantysilio

The B5103 from Abbey Road to the Sun Rhewl needs to be completely resurfaced along its entire length. The state of this road has gone beyond the need to occassionally fill in a few potholes. In some places, such as outside Bryntysilio, it has broken up completely and present a serious hazzard to the unwary road user - at lot of whom are tourists, and are unaware of the terrible state of this road.

I have lived here for 16 years, and in that time no major repairs have been made to this stretch of road. Several local businesses depend on this road for their trade.

I realise that such works will cause some inconvenience, but nowhere as much as having to have the car's supsension replaced every year - other - narrower roads nearby have been completely resurfaced with little to no inconvenience.
