The rubbish that is put at this point (in front of my gate) has not been picked up for at least 3 weeks. This is not only an eyesore and a hindrance to my access, but a haven for rats and foxes.

  • The rubbish was picked up 2 weeks after I entered the complaint. However, the problem of where the residents of the flat put their rubbish, who looks after the bin area, and any recycling remain as issues.
