Blocked Drains on Fossebridge Hill

All the road drains on Fossebridge Hill are blocked with debris & mud. this presents a significant risk of flooding on the road, and leads to lorries stuck on the hill. these drains need regular, planned clearance, not ad hoc best efforts.
