Flytipping on the beach

Because the gate to the beach is missing, fly tipping has now begun there. The most recent is a huge pile of kitchen waste, mostly cabbage leaves. The volume of it suggests it is not domestic but from a restaurant/hotel or such like. It needs cleaned up fast before this area is further plagued by fly tipping. And hopefully the council will finally do something about repairing the gate and stopping cars driving onto the beach. This wouldn't be tolerated in Portobello!
