Daily incident

Reported in the Dog fouling category by ian stimson at 22:23, Wed 13 February 2008
Sent to Braintree District Council 2 minutes later

Since November 2007, there has been repeated dog fouling in East Street Coggeshall, particularly in the area noted. I have yet to see the offending animal in action, but believe it to be a medium size mutt belonging to a 'blond' 16-20 year old ,normally accompanied by a male of a similar age. The times seem to be between 15:30 to 17:00. The 'info' has been obtained in discussion with other residents and is based on sightings between times given.
