Dumped car seat i bushes

Car seats dumped in the bushes here. This little street is full of litter, I use it as a cut through to the local station and have never seen it swept or cleaned - I think it may be missed from your cleansing rota. The over grown bushes at either side of the road are full of litter - beer cans, newspapers etc - I have reported this once before but your litter pickers seem reluctant to actually put their litter picking sticks into the bushes to get it out! I would do it myself but its not what I pay my taxes for.
