Dumping of tip size rubbish in gardens

There is a large (& growing) pile of tip sized items being dumped in the gardens of 74-80 Harvey Road. This could now be a fire hazard.

The rubbish is still there, AVDC were helpful and asked VAHT to remove it, but this has not been actioned.
