Cars parked both sides of the road

This end of Mallow Road has a very sharp S bend in order to slow down the traffic. However cars are parked both sides of the road on these bends, making it very difficult to pass oncoming vehicles. Most times moving vehicles are on the wrong side of the road,on these bends in order to get by. This is a very dangerous situation.

Nothing's been done here. I guess it certainly forces you to slow down, but I agree that it's a bit dangerous with people parking on the read near the bends.
