The street name plate for Balfour Street has disappeared from the low wall at the low wall at the road end

contacted by the council official who has ordered a replacement sign, but as they are in batches there may be a delay. It is in the pipeline.

slow (no) progress as they produce the signs in batches so will have to wait until they have enough needing replaced before they will progress replacement

very poor with not even a response from the council. This was first reported way back in February.
