Silver vectra ruining grass verge

133 elm drive is parking outside 131 and ruining the grass verge no one else can park there without getting mud all over them because he keeps parking on the grass making it muddy if he cant park there he will park on the grass outside his house which he as churned up when he is told he will stop for so long then start doing it again

NOT FIXED NO RESPONSE THE COUCIL OF CREWE AND NANTWICH DONT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS AL OUR COUNCIL MONEY GETS SPENT ON CHESTER
