Bad parking

Cars constantly blocking the road entry / exit. Illegal parking. causes congestion and danger for pedestrians. These cars block the view and force exiting traffic to the wrong side of the road where incoming traffic cannot see them until it is too late. Lots of near incidents occur incoming traffic nearly head on with out going traffic that it on the wrong side of the road . Forced there by bad and illegal parking. it is a danger and the people concern should be stopped from doing this.

Just had no joy at all. They tell me to contact the police? What have they got to do with holes in the road? I observe that if large trucks did not have to brake hard because of exiting traffic being on the wrong side of the road, there would not be any potholes. Bad perking is causing the problem.
