Oil patch on pavement

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

An oildrum was left upside down by builders. It has leaked and damaged the recently laid asphalt which is now sticky the full width of the pavement, close to the bus stop on the west side of the road.

I've heard nothing from the VWH District Council and the problem is still there though it's getting a bit drier now as the oil evaporates I guess. But still a messy patch.
