Cul de sac parking

One neighbour parks one, sometimes two cars in this cul-de-sac, rather than on their own drive or 100m down the road where there is ample parking for all. This causes two problems, firstly it is very hard to turn a car round in the cul-de-sac and secondly getting on and off the adjacent drives is also harder.

I don't know if fixmystreet sorted this out, but absolutely brilliantly the people involved have actually started parking off the cul-de-sac. I can't tell you how happy I am about this - this is a brilliant service.

the next door neighbour, right of my van is parking up to six cars daily like this, surely this must be an obstruction as its blocking my right of entry and can not turn round

My neighbour has yet again parked their black Zafira behind me, leaving me no way of exiting the street by car, as they are both rude and unamicable.

Just to add something to the dialogue on Cul de Sac's In my part of town parking is horrible with it being relatively close to the town centre and railway station.
There are a couple of large cul de sacs, one near me and I know a guy that lies there.
The local authority RBWM have brought in a new scheme for non through roads.
You can now elect to self manage the parking, this has caused a bit of an upheaval but seems well organised. My friends street has organised car permits for residents cars, similar for visitors there are no cars parked without the ID's and its a great deal easier.
Appart from the obvious problems because of road width the refuse lorries and builders could not get through.
For now it seems to be working
