Flytipping - litter

Dumped rubbish, mostly left by contractors who were resurfacing the junction here, they just chucked the barriers and blue barrels that seem to have had some tar substance in (see picture), into the bushes! Also lots of rubbish in the bushes. This is not being picked up by the litter pickers when they clean the street every couple of weeks, yet it is on council owned land.
