Outside Sparkbridge Entrance

I put my rubbish on the grass outside, I dont understand why the locals have to leave there rubbish outside the main entrance to Sparkbridge. The council seem to think it will be a problem asking locals to leave collections on grass outside the block, in the summer it stincks and is very unsightly for residents and any visitors. And on occasion it is sometimes difficult to open the main entrance door because rubbish is thrown in front of the door, and because the local wild life always rip the bags open there is always rubbish left on the floor which you then have to walk in to gain entrance to the block. I dont believe any other block has to endure this kind of thing.
