Excessive farm mud left on roads

There is excessive mud left on our roads and not cleaned,consequently my car is always full of mud and filthy,it takes ages to clean and uses lots of water,I am a OAP and find this getting to much,I am sure that with a little consideration this situation can be overcome.

I assumed that my complaint was sent to the highways department,I have not heard from them or yourselves since,some response?the road is still in a state and will probably remain the same,as long as we are prepared to pay our road tax.

Im afraid that the problem was not resolved and the situation was left to resolve itself over a period of time,the COUNCIL was a complete waste of time,and I have no faith that they are sliightly interested in peoples problems,a classic case of buck passing yours P.M.Hughes.
