Excessive dog mess on path

Taking kids to school its dodge to dog poo.Some of them are massive god knows what they feed them!! Its disgusting... We walk to school to aid traffic,fumes etc.We will taking car if enderby area dog poo cant be cleaned up by dog owners and useing bins for there dogs waste..
