I see this as high priority.

Here is an example of a common problem around these parts. Lazy youths hanging around terrorising old folk, women on their own etc. The area between the Old Illts RFC and El Shaddai church is like a mecca for them and is the location for 95% of anti-social behaviour around Splott/Adamsdown.
