Blocked surface water drains

Sent to Buckinghamshire County Council and Aylesbury Vale District Council 4 minutes later

We have notified the council on several occasions as have the neighbours. We have been promised action by a council representative who visited when the road flooded earlier in the year, but to no avail. We have a significant damp problem and our front door is swollen and the property opposite (7b School Lane) has very damp brickwork. Obviously we would like this problem solving before the winter sets in.

  • finally got an email to say that the problem has been passed on to an inspector. This was after I explained that the problem was not the drain under the house but the road gullies blocked! We wait in anticipation!
