Car Obstructing Footpath

A blue Vauxhall Vectra or White Van (believed to be owned by 1 Todd Close)are repeatedly being parked on/over the footpath forcing pedestrians out into the road to be able to pass.

Had contact from the council saying the issue has been passed to the police but nothing has happened and the car in question is still parking over the footpath as previously described.
