Urgent - fly tipping issue

Hello, at the point on the map we have just (in partnership with our neighbours) to clean up a huge mound of fly tipping etc that has been dumped by people at the end of the back alley for a while (the alley is a dead end). After doing this, the place is continuing to be used as a dumping ground for anyone to fly tip and this is now becoming a serious hazard. Could someone please come and look at this situation and let us know what you are going to do to resolve this urgent matter. Thank you.
