Roads and Pavements, muddy / slippery

I see this as low priority.

The drains at the junction of Walsworth Road and Whinbush Road have at last been cleared but the workers have left a muddy mess on the footpath and road.

The muddy remains have gone but as a result of rain over the last weeks or so not by any further human action. Even though the drains have been cleaned they are not unblocked and still overflow.
