Someone has parked a caravan on Chapter Road with a 'for sale' sign in the window.

I drive past it every night on my way home and it's usually difficult to pass.

It's half on the pavement and half in the road and aside from being an obstruction to people driving past or crossing the road, it's also an eyesore!
