Dogs wandering free

2 families recently moved into the area across the road from each other on nuttall street they both have dogs and instead of taking them for walks they just let them out the front door. as a result there is dog mess everywhere its disgusting not only that the dogs just wander into the road causing a hazard as it is busy with traffic around here.
