Back door of harry hancocks open, gas bottles fly tipped, dog trapped

Sent to Stoke-on-Trent City Council 4 minutes later

1. Can you make sure the owners of Harry Hancocks secure the warehouse at the back as the roller door was partially open.

2. Gas bottle (highly flamable) fly tipped, along with other assorted rubbish.

3. As I was trying all afternoon trying to call the problem through to the operatorless stoke on call system, a dog ran into the back door of Hancocks. The owner of the dog had with her 2 small children and another dog.

She was unable to gain access, and even if she could it would be too dangerous for her and her children.

I eventually managed to get the door open, and gained enterance to hancocks. After a dangerous journey through the building, the dog was rescued.

Please make the owner aware of their responsibilities regarding the saftey of this building.
