Residents' parking bay obstrcuted by builders

Part of the residents' parking bay in Stone Street was suspended until Friday 3rd Sept, to facilitate scaffolding/building works, however this date is passed it is still obstructed, the building works have not been removed. Yellow suspension notice is still in place with end date of 3rd Sept, now new bay suspension advertised.
