Persistent Rubbish Dumping

One of the flats puts its rubbish out every Saturday morning and there is no collection until Tuesday. They also persist in using recycling bags for domestic waste which means that the bin men won't collect it. This often means the rubbish is dumped there Friday or Saturday and is left there until Wednesday when the estate cleaners are forced to take it.

This happens every Friday afternoon / Saturday morning and East End Homes is fully aware of the matter but seems to be either unwilling or unable to effectively manage the situation.

It is, without doubt, the same people doing it every week.

The same residents as usual are still putting their rubbish out every weekend. In fact they have just dumped a bag within the last couple of hours. There is not a collection now until Tuesday.
